What We Are Looking For

We’re hiring a Flutter and Firebase Full Stack Mobile App Developer to help ship bold, behavior-driven consumer apps across multiple verticals.

This role is ideal for someone excited by fast iteration cycles, experimental interfaces, and building with AI-native tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to ship fast
• Have a sophisticated AI workflow. Tools like Cursor, v0, PairAI and others…
• High Attention to detail when it comes to design elements. Pixel perfect design is required.
• Pursuit or attainment of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Extensive expertise in Flutter, Riverpod, BLoC, and Dart programming languages
• Proficiency in app development, platform APIs, and mobile application architectures
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of social media platforms
• Adeptness with XMPP, Google Maps, Firebase, Flutter packages, and other mobile app development tools.
• Experience with Revenue Cat.
• Proven track record with Agile methodologies and a commitment to test-driven development.
• Effective collaboration within a team, clear and concise communication of complex ideas, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving business requirements.

Location

Remote work trial and then hybrid. We will pay for relocation.

Schedule, compensation & hours

$10,000 a month (120K/YR) with benefits.

IMPORTANT- this position has a 1 month probationary unpaid work trial period. The work trial period is part time.
