Ejabberd XMPP Developer

On behalf of our client, we are currently hiring for the position detailed below:

Backend Developer (Ejabberd XMPP) Job Description:

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Ejabberd XMPP to support real-time messaging applications.
• Integrate XMPP protocols with existing systems and ensure seamless communication across various platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to design, build, and enhance features for the messaging services.
• Optimize server performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the messaging infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to XMPP server configurations and network communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in backend development, specifically with Ejabberd XMPP and real-time messaging protocols.
• Strong knowledge of XMPP standards, protocols, and server configurations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Erlang, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
